Payfederate is built by a team that has been in the compensation space for more than decade. We have proven records of building innovative products used by companies worldwide. We aim to be the backbone for pay equality and pay transparency by creating technology that puts people first.
Compensation experts, who have previously founded successful companies, collaborate to create integrated compensation systems
Boyd is a 30-year veteran of the technology industry, having held executive positions at companies as large as Accenture and Intel, and startups that you’ve likely never heard of. Prior to Payfederate, Boyd teamed up with Barkat to lead Compright, an innovative compensation planning software company ultimately acquired by Unit4.
With a decade of experience building compensation tools, Barkat has seen the good, bad, and ugly in HR software. His previous company, Compright, made huge strides in making compensation planning more accessible. Now he’s tackling the modern challenges of compensation management.
Larry Dunivan has spent his entire career in Human Capital Management technology. Most recently he helped lead Mineral, as Board Chair and (interim) CEO, to its successful sale to Mitratech in addition to his consulting work as the Principal at The Cefalo Group.
He is also the former CEO of Namely. Previously, Larry led Dayforce (DAY) through an explosive period of growth as Chief Revenue Officer, leveraging SaaS technology, superior products, and a strong go-to-market approach which culminated in its successful IPO. Larry is passionate about the importance of authentic leadership, accountability for results, and effective sales strategies in making a difference. He currently serves on the boards of 15Five and Asurint, in addition to Payfederate.
Larry earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and a Masters of Management from the JL Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Raj is an architect who’s not a fan of ivory towers—probably because they’re too far from the action. Hands-on since day one, Raj believes that if you’re not getting your hands dirty, you’re just playing pretend. With a career that spans from the early days of client-server systems to the modern era of AI-powered, cloud-native applications, he has been a steady presence in the ever-evolving tech landscape. He believes innovation is not big bang but a daily affair, however small. Raj’s experience includes small startups, mid-sized companies, and large organizations. He has successfully led and collaborated with teams of all sizes, from tight-knit groups to extensive, cross-functional teams.
Kavitha is a visionary leader at Payfederate, instrumental in shaping operational strategy, customer experience, and product innovation. With over 20 years in the software industry, Kavitha has successfully navigated the complexities of both startups and major global organizations, including a successful tenure at Apple. Her deep expertise in product development, execution, and strategic partnerships uniquely position her to drive Payfederate towards sustainable growth and innovation.
Michael has been in the compensation space for 15 years, serving in various business development and client-facing roles. Prior to Payfederate, Michael helped launch Payfactors, an eventual leader in compensation data management software which was ultimately acquired by Payscale.
